It is our pleasure to invite you to attend The International Congress on Precision Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes: From Outcome Trials to Precision Medicine (PMCD2024) which will take place 2-3 May 2024 in Brussels, Belgium.

The aim of this meeting is to translate our knowledge from RCT to the treatment of the single patient.
